2010 saw the publication of my first book, The Pet Gundog, which was quickly followed by The Advanced Pet Gundog, The Pet Gundog Puppy and then Manners Not Mayhem.

To celebrate ten years in print I updated and revised the Pet Gundog series adding between 70 and 100 pages to each of the books.

I’m absolutely delighted that my books won International Book Awards in 2019, 2021 and 2022. It makes me grin from ear to ear when I think about how I was turned down by two publishers when looking to write The Pet Gundog in 2009 after being told that no one had heard of or were interested in pet gundogs and that the concept, and the books, would never catch on…
