The Arrow Break

Being given an arrow is one thing.

Being told to put the point end of it at the soft vulnerable part of your throat, over your thyroid and in the centre of your throat chakra is another.

Breaking an arrow with your throat is probably one of the scariest things you’ll do in an empowerment seminar. To feel the point of the arrow digging into your trachea as you take the pressure of the arrow against your throat, holding it against the board that it’s fixed to is palm sweatingly terrifying.

To then have to take that step forward, into the arrow is mind-boggling. Everything is screaming at you not to do it and then you do, you take a breath, let go and with a resounding snap… set yourself free.
