Online Training Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to all online training courses, programmes, workshops and educational materials provided by Lez Graham(“we”, “us”, “our”).

By purchasing or accessing any Training you agree to be bound by these Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, “Training” refers to any online course, programme, workshop, membership training material, video lesson, live session, downloadable resource, workbook, or supporting content provided through our websites or associated training platforms.

These Terms apply to all Training purchased or accessed through our websites including:

2. Description of the Training

Full descriptions of the Training, including the content and structure of individual courses or programmes, are provided on the relevant course sales pages.

All Training is delivered online unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Training materials are designed for educational purposes and are intended to provide structured guidance for dog owners working with their own dogs.

Any information, materials or guidance provided as part of the Training is intended for a general audience and should not be interpreted as personal veterinary, medical, behavioural or legal advice.

You are responsible for ensuring you have suitable internet access and appropriate devices to access the Training.We are not responsible if you are unable to access the Training due to technical limitations on your own equipment.

3. Formation of the Agreement

A legally binding agreement is formed between us when:

• you place an order for Training through our website or payment platform; and
• we confirm your purchase by providing access to the Training or issuing a confirmation email.

We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including where a Training programme is no longer available or where we reasonably believe the Training may not be suitable.

If an order is declined after payment has been made, a full refund will be issued.

4. Access to Training

When you purchase Training you may be required to create an account on the platform used to host the Training.

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your login details
• ensuring your account information is accurate
• notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

Your access to the Training is personal to you and must not be shared with any other person.

Where access is granted for the lifetime of the Training, this means access will remain available for as long as the course or programme continues to be offered through our training platforms.We reserve the right to update, replace or remove Training content where reasonably necessary.

5. Safe Use of the Training

5.1 Nature of the Training

Our Training is provided for educational and informational purposes and is designed to provide structured guidance and practical training exercises for dog owners.

The Training does not constitute veterinary advice, medical advice, behavioural diagnosis, or legal advice.

If your dog has an underlying medical condition, pain-related behaviour, neurological issue, aggression, or any other health concern, you should seek advice from a qualified veterinary professional before implementing any training exercises.

5.2 Owner Responsibility

You remain fully responsible at all times for:

• your dog’s behaviour
• your dog’s welfare
• the safe handling of your dog
• compliance with all applicable laws and local regulations
• any injury, loss or damage caused by your dog.

By purchasing and accessing the Training you confirm that:

• you are legally responsible for the dog you are training
• you will supervise your dog appropriately
• you will implement the Training safely and responsibly
• you understand that results depend on consistent and appropriate application.

Dog training involves working with live animals whose behaviour can be unpredictable.You accept full responsibility for any outcomes resulting from your use of the Training.

5.3 Suitability of Training Exercises

You must ensure that:

• your dog is physically and behaviourally suitable for the exercises undertaken
• training environments are safe and appropriate
• you do not expose your dog, other animals, livestock, property or members of the public to avoidable risk.

If you are unsure whether a particular exercise is appropriate for your dog, you should pause training and seek appropriate professional guidance.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Training if it is being used in a manner that is unsafe, irresponsible, unlawful or harmful to animal welfare.

6. Live Sessions and Community Areas

Some Training may include live sessions, group calls or access to private online communities.

Where live sessions are included, dates and times will be communicated in advance.If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, alternative sessions may not be provided.

Where access is provided to community groups or discussion areas, members are expected to interact respectfully and responsibly.

You agree not to:

• behave in a manner that causes distress or disruption to other participants
• record sessions or share images of other participants without permission
• promote or sell unrelated services to other participants
• share confidential information disclosed by other participants.

We reserve the right to remove access to community areas or Training programmes where behaviour is considered inappropriate or harmful.

7. Fees and Payment

The price for each Training programme is stated on the relevant sales page at the time of purchase.

Payments may be made through the payment platforms provided on our websites.

Where payment plans are offered, you agree to pay all instalments according to the agreed payment schedule.

Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access to the Training until the outstanding balance is paid.

8. Refunds and Cancellation

Unless otherwise stated on the course sales page, payments for Training are non-refundable once access to the Training has been granted.

By purchasing the Training and accessing course materials immediately, you acknowledge that digital content will be made available to you straight away and you agree that your statutory 14-day cancellation right ends once access has begun.

If we cancel or withdraw a Training programme before it has been delivered in full, we may provide a pro-rated refund for the portion of Training not yet delivered.

9. Intellectual Property

All Training materials remain the intellectual property of Lez Graham.

This includes but is not limited to:

• course content
• videos and recordings
• written materials
• workbooks and downloadable resources
• training frameworks and methodologies.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the Training for your own personal use.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, teach or commercially exploit any Training material without prior written permission.

Participation in any Training does not grant permission to teach or commercially deliver the training systems or methodologies without written consent.

10. No Guarantee of Results

Dog training results vary depending on many factors including:

• the individual dog
• breed characteristics
• age and development
• previous training history
• consistency of the owner.

While the Training provides structured guidance based on professional experience, we cannot guarantee specific results or timelines.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from the use or misuse of the Training.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability which cannot legally be excluded.

Our total liability in relation to any Training shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that Training.

13. Governing Law
