We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Training if it is being used in a manner that is unsafe, irresponsible, unlawful or harmful to animal welfare.

6. Live Sessions and Community Areas

Where live sessions are included, dates and times will be communicated in advance.If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, alternative sessions may not be provided.

Where access is provided to community groups or discussion areas, members are expected to interact respectfully and responsibly.

  • record sessions or share images of other participants without permission
  • promote or sell unrelated services to other participants
  • share confidential information disclosed by other participants.

We reserve the right to remove access to community areas or Training programmes where behaviour is considered inappropriate or harmful.

7. Fees and Payment

Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access to the Training until the outstanding balance is paid.
